I put Kathryn under a lot of undue pressure to purchase my new home with a 10 day close on a home that was pending with another buyer. Kathryn made Christmas in July when she was able to negotiate an offer the sellers accepted and get the quick closing date that I needed. She really went to bat for me when it did come to the closing date and the sellers were not ready to vacate the property, I would not be in my house today if she didn't do everything possible to make it all happen. She went above and beyond what is expected when she helped pack of the sellers belongings to accommodate my move. Kathryn has become more of a friend than an Agent.

Great person to work with. Response times were easy to deal with because they were timely. Knowledge of local market was very good and we had a very good reading on what was possible. Once the house was listed, there was an open house the first weekend. The advertising materials were first rate. No short-cuts in how the house was marketed. Kathryn kept us informed of the progress of the visitations and we felt that the house would sell quickly with her expertise. And it did...in about 11 days.

With her help, we were able to negotiate and early closing date and did the final signing before we left town. This was a big plus because we did not have to deal with a remote notary to finish the paperwork.
